The concession company “Albanian Highway Concession” Ltd. (referred to as “AHC”) is a juridical Albanian person, established on 27.12.2016 in fulfillment of the conditions and obligations deriving from the Concession Contract for “Construction, Upgrading, Operation and Maintenance of the Milot – Morinë Highway” approved by the Council of Ministers Decision no. 870, dated December 14, 2016, published in the Official Gazette no. 249 dated 27.12.2016.

AHC administer Milot – Morine highway, which has a length of 114 km since the Effective Date of the concession on 09.09.2017.
